A1: We are JT Golf, a professional golf headcover manufacturer based in Dongguan, China, with over 20 years of experience in OEM and custom golf accessories. Our facility operates 5 production lines and 14 Japanese Barudan embroidery machines, ensuring every stage — from sampling and stitching to inspection and packaging — is completed in-house. We mainly export to the U.S., Europe, Japan, and Korea, serving several well-known golf brands.

A2: We offer a complete one-stop customization service, covering materials, colors, logos, and packaging. Available materials include PU leather, genuine leather, knit, canvas, and nylon, while logo techniques include embroidery, 3D embossing, heat transfer, screen printing, woven labels, and leather patches. Simply send us your logo or concept, and our design team will deliver a digital mockup within 24 hours for approval before sampling.

A3: Sample lead time is typically 5–7 working days after design confirmation. After sample approval, mass production takes around 3–4 weeks, depending on order volume and season. We operate a dedicated sampling team and scheduling system to guarantee on-time delivery. For urgent orders, we can prioritize production lines to meet your sales or exhibition timeline.

A4: Our standard MOQ is 50pcs per design. For new projects or first-time cooperation, we can offer flexibility. For long-term clients, we support batch production and scheduled replenishment, helping your brand maintain a stable inventory flow.

A5: We enforce a rigorous quality control system:
- All incoming materials are tested for color accuracy, thickness, and abrasion resistance.
- In-process inspection is conducted by independent quality controllers.
- Every finished product undergoes 100% final checking and needle detection.
We can also provide industry-standard testing reports (e.g., color fastness, stitch strength, and durability) and welcome third-party inspection upon request.

A6: For sample, full amount of payment in advance is requested. And for bulk orders, 30% T/T in advance, and balance against scan copy of B/L. We also accept other payment methods, such as West Union, L/C, Paypal, Money Crash etc. For our long-term partners, we are open to negotiating monthly payment options to foster a mutually beneficial relationship.

A7: Yes. With years of export experience, we cooperate with trusted forwarders to provide DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, sea freight, and DDP (tax-included) shipping. We also assist in preparing customs declarations, inspection certificates, and certificates of origin (CO) to ensure smooth delivery to your designated address.

A8: Yes, absolutely. We understand the importance of protecting brand designs and intellectual property. All client logos, samples, and drawings are securely stored and encrypted. We are happy to sign a formal NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to ensure your designs remain confidential and exclusive.

A9: Our quotation varies depending on materials, craftsmanship, quantity, and packaging. Once we receive your reference sample or artwork, we can provide a detailed quotation within 24 hours. We follow a transparent pricing policy with no hidden charges and offer tiered discounts for bulk orders.

A10: Yes, our design team is highly experienced with golf market trends. We offer professional advice on color combinations, material matching, logo placement, and embroidery scale. We can also tailor your design concept to align with your brand style and target market preferences.

A11: If you notice any defect or quantity issue upon receiving the goods, please contact us within 7 days with photos or videos. Our support team will respond within 24 hours and offer replacement, rework, or refund solutions. Each client has a dedicated account manager to ensure all issues are properly handled.

A12: Yes. We permanently store all sampling data, embroidery files, and material codes. You only need to provide your previous order or style number, and we can reproduce the same design quickly, guaranteeing consistent colors, stitching, and logo quality.
